    New product development in carried out by a systematic process starting from the time of conceptualizing customers requirement. During customer interaction, new requirement idea is picked up by marketing team and discussed with technical department and a feasibility study / costing carried out. At all stages , efforts are made to fully involve the customer and their views taken. Once product is developed in pilot plant ( available in India – by name TRADC Textile Research and Development Centre), it is delivered to customer and trials monitered by technical personnel. The lacuna are then shortlisted and fine tuning done in commercial run.
